It's already identified (I assume from the white text and the missing 'unidentified' caption) but it contains no rune. That's weird lol, but odd ones used to show up from the Frozen Chest if i remember correctly o_O

Have you salvaged it? It would be cool if it salvaged into like 100 steel or something - hell that would be better than 98% of the runes I get LOL.

Wow that is crazy. I have never got one of those and i think ive only seen 1 dropped before. That sucks, i would be pissed if that happened!

I just got a Purple Armor that was the same way. I think it was a Tengu Armor. No Rune, nothing.

Sounds like some old code (fixed in C1 but was not fixed in C2 code then C2 got uploaded) from the sounds of it.

It was a rare, ID'd it and it was...still a yeti rag, (salvage item with gold lettering), I exp salv'd it and got some bolts of cloth T.T
